Thanks for shopping with Lumora! Here's how your order gets to you.

Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after they're placed.

Delivery time: Our products ship from our overseas partner warehouses, so standard delivery typically takes 1–2 weeks after processing. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping cost: Shipping is free on every order.

Tracking: Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it the whole way.

Delays: Occasionally, carrier or customs delays outside our control can add a few days. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, email us at zmhower2469@gmail.com and we'll make it right.

Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.
