Return & Refund Policy

At Lumora, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee — if you're not happy with your purchase, get in touch and we'll help.

Cancellations

Need to change or cancel an order? Email us within 24 hours of placing it and we'll do our best. After that, your order may already be processing. Cancellations within 24 hours are refunded within 10 business days.

Returns

We accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email us with your order number and reason; we'll approve it and send instructions. Customers cover return shipping (except for items that arrive damaged). We don't refund items damaged through normal use or misuse.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (up to 10 business days), approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 14 business days. All refunds are processed in U.S. Dollars.

Damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo and we'll arrange a free replacement.
