Delivery time

Our products ship from our overseas partner warehouses, so standard delivery typically takes 1–2 weeks after processing. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it the whole way.

Delays

Occasionally, carrier or customs delays outside our control can add a few days. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, email us at lumora356.shop@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
